I offer computer and cell phone repair, tech support, software solutions, virus removal and security services, data recovery, business consulting, and a wide range of web services in Southampton, Ontario.
Because I may be assisting another client or working off-site, it is best to message or call ahead to book an appointment rather than dropping in.
The base rate for work done is approximately $80 an hour for labour, plus the cost of parts and components, chemicals and other supplies used, and any new tools needed. The cost of any new parts must be paid in advance. I accept cash, e-transfer, and cheques. I do not accept debit or credit payments at this time.
Parts used to arrive within a matter of days, but in recent years, I have had to wait as long as several months for some things.
